Regal Reporting of Ethical, Legal & Accounting Concerns or Complaints Regarding Ethical, Legal, Accounting, Internal Accounting Controls or Audit Matters.
The following procedure is for the reporting of any questionable or inappropriate practices, conduct or unethical behavior, which is believed in good faith to be a violation or apparent violation of laws, rules regulations or the Company’s Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, accounting, internal accounting controls or audit matters, or record keeping policies.
Normally, the best course of action, when you have a compliance concern is to report it to your direct supervisor, team leader, or manager because she or he is the person most likely to be in a position to resolve the concern. However, you have several options for reporting your concern and you may report using the option that you prefer. You may report your concern to:

- the next level of management above your immediate supervisor, team leader, or manager
- the appropriate functional manager or expert (for example, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Accounting)
- the Company’s Legal Department
- the Company’s Ombudsperson
- the Audit Committee of our Board of Directors

Regal-Beloit Corporation has several methods for you (employees, directors, customers, and other stakeholders) to report unethical behavior, accounting concerns, internal controls concerns, and policy violations. Your willingness to come forward is important to us. The web portal and telephone system support English reporting and reporting in other languages. If you prefer and where permitted by law, you may report anonymously.
