Regal Beloit recently opened the Packard Learning Center at its worldwide headquarters in Beloit, WI. According to Henry Knueppel, CEO and Chairman of the Board, "Regal Beloit believes that the only way to maintain a sustainable, competitive advantage is through the excellence of its people and processes. By arming great people with great tools, we can continuously improve everything we do."

The learning center is Regal Beloit's central resource for developing leaders as well as offering an array of educational opportunities to our employees, customers and business partners. The new training facility features a main training area with advanced wireless technologies, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, an innovation lab and several multi-purpose rooms for meetings and events.
